At the Highline in New York City, I saw an opportunity to capture a quintessential NYC yellow Taxi, under a very famous skybridge in Chelsea, which used to connect a Nabisco factory to Nabisco offices, where the Oreo was invented! Today, the building houses the popular Chelsea Market. This image required a bit of gymnastic endeavor to get to exactly the right spot on the Highline for the shot. I complimented the shot with a film-like edit to give the final product a bit of grit, grain and contrast reflective of a true NYC experience.

“Taxi” is offered as a poster in two different sizes ready for mounting and framing. The poster can be framed in a standard poster frame with or without a mat (24” x 36” poster allows for 2” combined width of frame and mat per side, 12” x 18” poster allows for 1” combined width of frame and mat per side). Mounting is suggested prior to framing in order to maintain a flat appearance of the poster.
